Asian Pork Tenderloin

Asian pork tenderloin marinade recipe with a hint of the Orient. Soy sauce, brown sugar, worcestershire and lemon juice combine with other herbs and spices to flavor the pork tenderloin throughout. Grill in the backyard, brown on the stovetop or broil in the oven. You can use this pork tenderloin as a dinner, or slice it and serve as an hors d'ouerve.

If you are in a hurry, throw all ingredients in a zip lock bag and massage into pork tenderloin before leaving for work. When you return home, pork will be ready for grill and No Mess!
Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin - 1 1/2-2 lbs.
Soy Sauce - 1/3 cup
Olive Oil - 1/4 cup
Brown Sugar - 1/3 cup
Worcestershire Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
Garlic - 4 tsp
Dry Mustard - 1 Tbsp
Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a zip lock bag and massage to evenly distribute ingredients. Place bag in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight. - The longer the tenderloin marinates, the stronger the flavor.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil grates to prevent sticking.
3. Place tenderloins on the grill, and cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes rotating tenderloin pieces to prevent burning. Internal temperature should read 145-150. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes prior to slicing to preserve the moistness.
